French Revolution Webpage

Again, this was another project which I find would be extremely useful in the classroom. I would say out of all of the projects we have had to do in class that this one was the hardest. Also, again I had to pull some creativity out of me with some strong pliers!!! It was fun though and well worth the final product. Even though it has not been graded yet, I am proud of the final product!

Newsletter

The newsletter was fun. I enjoyed writing the articles from the perspective of a reporter from the time period. If I were a student that would make the project more fun because I would get to put in little expressions that would be relevant to the time period. Again, this was a project that I would definitely use in class, even if I would not have access to doing it on the computer. I could also have students do this same project on poster board. I enjoyed this project a lot. I am not a very creative person but this project did pull some creativity out of me!

I finished the student PowerPoint project and I must say, I enjoyed this! I had a lot of fun finding pictures and finding creative ways to put them on the screen that would be visually engaging for students. I love when I learn something useful and I will definitely be able to use this! As a matter of fact this past week I had to teach a lesson on Thomas Jefferson and slavery at Shades Valley IB School for my EHS 568 class (here's a shoutout to Dr. Miller!!!) and I sure am glad I knew how to do a PowerPoint to lecture with!!! Bless you Dr. Wang!!!
